The resort had a lot of potential with its expansive grounds and activities, but the experience was marred by some significant issues, especially with customer service and cleanliness. The facilities looked good on the surface, but they didn’t deliver as expected. Overall, I would say it fell short of being a nice stay.

Rooms
5.0
The room had basic amenities, but the air conditioning was lackluster and only a window unit was available. It didn't meet my expectations for comfort.
Service
5.0
I experienced some serious communication problems with the staff and felt that the male attendants were not appropriately professional towards female guests.
Location
6.0
While it’s a bit of a trek to get there, the location is somewhat appealing, but not enough to make up for the downsides I faced.
Dining
5.0
Dining was frustrating since options were limited, especially after 10 PM when I had to go outside to find food.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities looked impressive, but they didn’t have central air, and the common areas felt poorly maintained.

My stay at D'Leonor Inland Resort & Adventure Park was a mix of beautiful scenery and unfortunate service issues. While the resort is large and has many activities, the customer service and accommodations left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and general facilities was disappointing, and the dining options were limited late at night.

Rooms
5.0
The room had significant cleanliness issues, particularly the bathroom which smelled like mildew. Additionally, the air conditioning was not centrally controlled, making it uncomfortable at times.
Service
5.0
The staff were generally okay, but their service was inconsistent and issues arose with communication, especially during shift changes.
Location
5.0
The resort is situated in a relatively remote area, making it a long journey to reach. This can be a drawback if you’re looking for something easily accessible.
Dining
5.0
Dining options felt limited, particularly after 10pm when I had to venture outside the resort for food and drinks. I did enjoy some homegrown organic fruits, but they need more dining variety.
Facilities
5.0
While the resort had a lot to offer in terms of activities, I found the facilities themselves needing improvements. The lack of a consistent guest experience made things less enjoyable.

My stay at D'Leonor Inland Resort & Adventure Park was a mixed bag. The resort itself is quite impressive and offers a variety of activities. However, I found the customer service lacking, which dampened my overall experience. Although there are many facilities to enjoy, I felt some improvements could be made in their communication and attentiveness. 😕

Rooms
5.0
The room I had was spacious, but the lack of proper air conditioning and a persistent mildew smell in the bathroom was disappointing.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss; the staff seemed overwhelmed, and interactions were often frustrating.
Location
5.0
The resort is located a bit far from convenient dining options, which means late-night cravings require a long trip outside the resort.
Dining
6.0
While I didn’t get to enjoy the dining options after hours, I did appreciate that they have some unique tandoori dishes available.
Facilities
5.0
Though there are various facilities and activities, I wished for a more seamless experience, particularly with the transaction processes.

D'Leonor Inland Resort & Adventure Park had a lot of potential with its impressive size and variety of activities. However, I found my stay marred by disappointing customer service and a lack of communication among the staff. Despite the beautiful surroundings, some areas, like the dining options after hours, need significant improvement.

Rooms
5.0
While the rooms had decent amenities, I was disappointed by the ventilation. The air conditioning was not up to par, and the bathroom had a musty smell.
Service
5.0
Customer service left much to be desired. Staff communication was poor, which led to several frustrating experiences during my stay.
Location
6.0
The location is nice but somewhat isolated. Accessing food past 10 PM was inconvenient, requiring a trip outside the resort.
Dining
5.0
I enjoyed the homemade desserts, but the limited dining options after hours were a big drawback.

The facilities are extensive and cater to a variety of activities, which is great. However, I felt that the pricing structure for activities could be improved to offer better value.

My stay at D'Leonor Inland Resort was a mix of highs and lows. The place is huge and offers a ton of activities, which was cool. But, honestly, the customer service really brought down the experience. Plus, the place could've used some cleanliness improvements, especially in the bathrooms.

Rooms
5.0
The room had a window AC, but it wasn't exactly cozy. The open windows and lack of screens made it hard to escape the heat.
Service
5.0
Staff were okay, but the communication issues and some inappropriate behavior from attendants towards female guests really stuck out.
Location
5.0
The location is decent, although getting there felt like a long cab ride. Plus, after 10 PM, going out for food was a pain.
Dining
5.0
Food options were limited and not great for late-night snacks, which really crimped my style.
Facilities
5.0
There were lots of activities to choose from, but the pay-per-ride system was a letdown. An all-you-can-ride deal would have been awesome.
